Risk Assumption
Stipane does not conduct routine background checks on Members.

You are solely responsible for your safety online and offline
You should never send money or share financial information with other Members
Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of content you post, but by submitting content to the Service, you grant Stipane a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.
Payments & Subscriptions
All purchases are final
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
No refunds for unused time, except where required by applicable law
Credits and subscriptions are non-transferable

Limitation of Liability

If liability is found, Stipane’s total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.
Termination
Stipane may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of this Agreement.
Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction determined by Stipane, without regard to conflict of law principles.
